Hey, I’m Hugo Aguinaga. I’m a photographer, filmmaker, traveler and former tour guide with a deep connection to the Baja Peninsula, Mexico. I moved to Los Cabos when I was 18 years old and spent the next seven years exploring the deserts, beaches, mountains, small towns and hidden places that most visitors never experience. During that time, I worked as a tour guide and eventually ran my own tour business, helping people experience Baja beyond the resorts. Along the way, I documented everything from whale sharks in La Paz and sunrise mornings in San José del Cabo to local food spots, fishing towns, wildlife, off-road adventures and everyday life in Mexico. Over the years, I built a massive collection of photos and videos capturing the beauty and authenticity of Baja.
